Horrible location! My husband and I used to order from ******, ** until they started running out of stock on items. We then started using the ************ ****** ** location and since may on Uber eats. we have spent $1500.00 on this orchard location. Every time we order they get our order wrong. We filed complaints with Uber eats over and over and it didnt seem to help. I called the manager ****** a few days ago she said shed make sure it was taken care of. BUFFALO WILD WINGS LOCATED OVER IN ************ LOCATED HERE IN ******* ******* THE STORE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE AT THAT STORE. THE EMPLOYEES AND THE STORE MANAGER HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS THEY FORGOT ORDERS FROM MY FOOD THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. I am in ********* and I go to Buffalo Wild Wings often, on July 7th I sat at the bar with my husband and ordered food and drinks him a soda me a beer. I Told the bartender I would be playing so I just wanted a small one which 3 other times have been comp. I ordered a peach iemonade for my wife without ice as she has teeth issues. When i received it it was barely 2/3 full. When I complained i was told it was too expensive to fill all the way without ice. The Arby's in ********** **** is the only one to do that.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings on ************, ******** for my first dining experience. The waitress spilled my ********** drink on me and my 10 year old grandson. After I suggested that we move to another table while she cleaned, she reported to us that she was working the bar and serving tables. I decided not to reorder a drink. My chicken wings were hard, too stiff to get meat from the bone. Boneless chicken was cold. I spoke to the manager who could only tell me that he was sorry. I am very upset today. Today06/23/22 my wife and I put in an online order for take -out for our family. When we arrived at the Restaurant in ******** , ** around 7:45p we walked up to the door and it was locked. The hours on the door and online say they are open until 12a. There was a young lady who was at the door in the Buffalo Wild Wings Uniform who pointed to a sign that said that the establishment was not accepting walk -in for dine-in. My boyfriend and i tried to get a table the waiter met us with a snippy attitude and said go find a table yourself. Not to mention the floors were freaking disguesting and tables never wiped down. They had a ton of employees no one was doing there job!!! We left. They also had about 25 people waiting with kids for tables. This was at 11pm .It was the one in broken arrow off hillside.

The Buffalo Wild Wings in garden city needs a better staff energy, tables are not being cleaned on timely manner and how is it that your AC doesnt work with customers in the restaurant. This needs to be addressed ASAP in a neighborhood like this one very bad customer service.

I placed a delivery order with BWW. When I received my order 2 1/2 hours later I received an incomplete order and missing several items. I called to receive a partial refund for those mistakes and the manager ****** was rude and continued to inform me that she couldnt do anything because those were free items with the meal. Those items were not free if I paid for them. I expect to receive my full deliver or a refund! The manager ****** continued to tell me she could not do anything.
