The app took my order and charged my card. It gave me a time to pick up from the location. Upon my arrival, the person working the register claimed that there was no order. I showed the order on my phone, showed the charge to my card, showed the app stating when and where to pick up my order but received nothing.I never received my order even though I was charged the full amount (including the tip). Arby's ************ I went to this location on 6/22/23 when they were advertising hamburgers. I purchased a combo the hamburger was pink on the inside. I tried to contact them and no one answered the phone. I went online and filed a complaint ********** with Arby's that lead me to believe they would compensate me and address the burgers not fully cooked. Will never eat at buffalo wild wings again....until i get employee benefits including wages for the time spent placing my own appetizer, food and beverage order. New company policy forces customers to scan ur code to input orders. Waitress allowed to deliver ordered product and that is it. Also, menu delivered through ur code is not up to date so you are forced to order products that weren't delivered. Sounds like fraud to me. This location has no good customer service, nasty, racist attitudes, and poor services. The two white ones behind the bar Sunday July 30,2023 exhibit all ,and the manager that we talked to with a overpowering smell od Marijuana as well. Probably the worst company ever to work for the restaurants are filthy. The managers are trained staff turns over like crazy so service and standards are very poor managers dont visit tables. The corporate office is a absolute joke. I would run away as fast as I could if youre considering either dining at one of these restaurants or God forbid working in the office it looks pretty from the street but its a h*** hole inside.
Staff is very rude and treats people like animals. They like to gang up on guest and be rude and not be held accountable when they are at fault. Employees like to dog and be rude just cause you go pick up an order. They also lie a lot!!!
I asked for three drinks which should have been $60. The bartender charged us for shots we never asked for and for shots that she took that we never agreed too.
The ************* ******, **** location seems to think its a DoorDashers/3rd party delivery driver's job to fill customers drinks. IT IS NOT A DOORDASHERS/3rd PARTY DELIVERY DRIVER'S JOB!!! We do not work for them, and we are not an employee in any capacity; therefore, it is not our job! Not only do I not have food safety training, no place in my DD contract does it state its my responsibility to fill up drinks. My job is to pick up already prepared food in sealed bags and deliver!!!
