The ****** ******* franchise store in *******, ***** has the worst service I have experienced in many many years if ever. I pre-ordered 2 birthday cakes to be decorated for a party I was holding for 20 people. When I went to go the store there was only 1 cake, and that 1 cake was not even decorated and even worse, it was melted. It was disgusting and inedible. Arrived at 12:15 am to the ******, ** location, and didnt get greeted until 12:55 am. Was told dining area was closed, but no signs or block off. Asked for manager, employee yelled for her. She responded, but never came. Was told kitchen closes at 1:20 am though sign says 11:00-2:00 am. Had to order appetizer and food back to back. Asked again for manager and ******** came out. I am a regular customer that buy food once a week but is being about 4 times that I hade issues when picking up the food that they have not given me all the food but yet they charge for it and when I called them about it they told me to come back and get it but I leave 30 minutes away so I asked them to reimburse me the money but they dont do it they told me to call to my bank to deal with it

BUFFALO WILD WINGS, *************************************** (***** UNIVERISTY BRANCH) IS A JOKE. THEY ALLOWED ME TO MAKE AN ORDER ONLINE AND PAY. WHEN I AND ANOTHER CO-WORKER WHO ORDERED WENT TO PICK UP OUR ORDER AROUND 130PM EST, A YOUNG LADY HAD LOCKED DOOR AND THEN EXITED THE BUILDING AFTER WE KNOCKED FOR A WHILE AND ADVISED SHE JUST QUIT AND WE ARE BASICALLY GOOD LUCK TO US ON GETTING A REFUND. Took my neice to the *********** ******* location, such a mistake, her meal didn't come until 20 min after our entire party got there food, the waiting staff was unable to turn the channel, and messed up our bill

Absolute joke, they and their corporate company thinks it's funny that one of their employee's while still in her uniform at a gas station attempted to assault me and caused a verbal altercation! I called corporate twice now once to file a complaint against said waitress/hostess and the manager that was on that night, the second time was to find out why no one bothered to even call me back 2 weeks after the first call. I was charged for an order which was never delivered. Numerous calls to the restaurant were not answered. When I called corporate customer service they said they had no way of contacting the restaurant or issuing a refund and couldn't do anything.

I am a vegetarian! My husband brought me cauliflower wings which were good.The next day I called and asked what kind of oil they use to fry and they said BEEF TALLOW, which is sheep fat! Where does it say that on the menu! Gross! Gross! Gross! I am beyond disgusted and very upset. I want the menu to state that the cauliflower is not vegetation at once! Just disgusting on all levels!
