This company is trash. Nothing but issues with their restaurants. Waited 50 mins for my food at ********** Sonic store #****. Provided me order incorrectly made(added mayo), didn't have ketchup or mustard. Waited I. Stall 45 mins and then went to drive through window. I asked what was taking so long and employee smartly told me burgers had to be made. Does it really take 50 mins to make 3 burgers? Seriously?!?! I received an email offering "free birthday wings," but when I tired to log in, the website demanded that a code be sent to my phone. I have a land line, so that WON'T WORK! Not every single person has/needs a stupid cell phone, so there should have been an option to send the code to my email.I sent two emails to BWW headquarters, but never received a response to either of them.Buh-bye, BWW!

I had a terrible experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings on ***** *********** ****, **. I tried to place a to-go order, but the employee refused without providing any reason. Instead, they insisted that I sit down at a table and order my wings there. To make matters worse, the employee forced me to take a few bites of my food before allowing me to get a to-go box. I had a blast at BWW!!!!!! The spot was poppin', the screen was lit with a calm luh football action, and me and the gang was vibin'. The food tho? Straight fire!!! Wings were on point, crispy and saucy. Service was tight too. Can't wait to roll back with the squad!!!!!

This location on ******** in ********* has been the worst for the majority of the 13 years I've lived near it. Delivery is never an option because of the constant missing food and mistakes. Dining in has been terrible too. My son and I went to eat and see a game. Besides the long wait to even take our order, my son's food came out 20 minutes before my food. I placed an online order on Friday night and paid online. I received an email confirming my order which included items ordered and total of all items. when i went to pick up the order, i was given the sack and i drove home. This past Sunday, we visited the *** #***. It was pretty packed. We saw the sticker on the table so I used my camera to open the app and I ordered a cheeseburger and I had to provide my cc information in order to place the order. We finally got a hold of the waitress and my fianc ordered tacos through the waitress. We ordered lemonade through the waitress which she did bring out. Very unprofessional establishment, if you close at 2am there is no reason why you are shutting everything down at 1am and not accepting anymore customers per your own selfish constraint.
