I saw Dr. Murray today for a severe cough and chest infection I’ve had for a week. He was great and very informative and he explained everything well and in depth. I would certainly like to see him again if I need to. My only issue from the visit was I was told I would go take an xray for my chest but they left the room and I was never informed to go upstairs. I've been on the same medication for years. I requested a refill and they denied it citing that I need to come in and see the doctor. But their doctors do not see new patients. Instead, I see residents who leave every three years. My latest GP has left and now I'm being assigned a new one. Despite my chart showing I've been on this medication for years, the nurse tells me the new resident can't prescribe me a new prescription for the same medication because he doesnt "know" me. I agree. I requested a refill for a medication I’ve been on for over three years, and they kept responding with unnecessary questions, despite all the information being clearly documented in my chart. It wasn’t until I pointed out that it felt like they were intentionally withholding my medication that they finally processed the request, but then of course sent it to the wrong pharmacy.
This has to be the worst and most dangerous practice there is. First of all having a primary care doctor at this location is a waste. You have to make appointment for entire year and if you miss it then good luck you won't get in with your primary are doctor for months and if you get an appointment with another doctor good luck they are clueless of your case, medications even everything is available to them.
