The worst place I lived The building is terribly maintained, so much dust, trash, and dove poops in the building, staircases and garage. The air conditioner system is noisy just like all the appliances in the apartment. Appliances are old, and malfunctioning. I've been opening service requests to fix my washing machine, and the maintenance crew doesn't give a sh..t. Verified Renter Security is horendous. I fear for my life living here. I have had a hole in my ceiling for almost a year that pours water on the floor everytime it rains. Living quality has gone down while rent increases.

just don’t This property is FAR too expensive for what you get. This property does little to no up keep. The security is a joke. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This property was a big regret.

Verified Renter Needs some work. Maintenance around the building could be better. A door on the skybridge has been broken for at least a month. Front door trash is a waste of my money, and is probably the result of some mutually beneficial deal for the trash company and greystar.

Verified Renter Remodeled apartments are a bit of lipstick on a pig. Sloppy work on base boards, moldy knob left in shower, dishwasher doesn't fit space, etc.
