Verified Renter Move in was nice, a bit of damage but all is good otherwise. Office is nice, neighbors are nice. People are nice, wifi set up was easy and apparently the floors are concrete so not worried about bothering neighbors. Moving is nice with the skywalk.
Verified Renter Garage stairwells and garage parking have never been cleaned in the time I have lived here. There is graffiti tags on residence buildings and on signs for several months. Cars repeatedly broken into. Many vacant businesses.
Verified Renter moving-in is smooth. leasing office staff and maintenance staff are very nice and responsive. there's a private garage and secure access to the apartment building.

Verified Renter Older complex and shows its age in some places. Good location. Pools are a bit dated looking. Parking is usually no problem. Certain local vendors provide resident discounts
Verified Renter After 2 years I’m still enjoying living at the Triangle apartments. The location is ideal and the surrounding businesses and greenery is a big bonus. Our unit is fantastic and we’re very comfortable. Unfortunately, there are still management related issues that have occasionally (yet consistently) occurred: 1. there have been periods of fire alarms going off at all hours with no sign of a fire or related emergency, 2. there was a serious lapse in pest control services which coincided with the appearance of do... read more

Verified Renter Despite a great location, the Residences at the Triangle is outdated relative to other apartment communities here in Austin. The units themselves are fine, but these buildings are very dirty, not secured, and leave a lot to be desired for a sense of cleanliness in public spaces. We will looking elsewhere once our lease ends.
