Verified Renter I do not feel safe living here. It feels as though the leasing office does not care about its residents. I have been the victim of two crimes in the building within a week, and I was told by the leasing office that any security camera or security patrol are not there for the residents' benefit or safety, but for the liability of the building. Verified Renter We love the location and proximity to food and groceries. Our apartment is getting a little outdated because it is a little older, but maintenance has been very quick with any issues that we have. I do not enjoy the Fetch package requirement - it is a nightmare.

With the rooms being in the parking garage, it is difficult to figure out how to enter the apartments, but once you get it figured it out, it's a nice space

Verified Renter I just moved in but so far am loving it! You can’t beat the location and everyone is friendly but not overbearing. Love that the gym and other areas are always clean and open! Only complaint is the elevator being out for a few days, but I found easy street parking in the meantime.
