Verified Renter moving-in is smooth. leasing office staff and maintenance staff are very nice and responsive. there's a private garage and secure access to the apartment building.

Our unit is fantastic and we’re very comfortable. Verified Renter Despite a great location, the Residences at the Triangle is outdated relative to other apartment communities here in Austin. The units themselves are fine, but these buildings are very dirty, not secured, and leave a lot to be desired for a sense of cleanliness in public spaces. We will looking elsewhere once our lease ends.
