Verified Renter Love the location. Complex is relatively quiet. Love the layout of the apartment with the brick wall and lots of windows. Good amount of closet space

Verified Renter The community itself is nice and quiet and the location is super convenient. My one complaint is about the apartment manager. When it was time to renew my lease, I inquired about keeping my rent the same price. She honored this request and I was grateful. It turns out she tricked me and more than doubled my "amenity fee" to make up for the difference. I find this to be extremely shady.

Verified Renter Pretty nice apartments! Fairly clean, maintenance is great and super fast, everyone is helpful. Rent is pretty expensive, and the additional fees are kind of unreasonable. Mostly bug-free except for seasonal crickets.
