Verified Renter Gates and doors are always broken and never fixed. Seems like the hallways are never clean and always smell. People never pick up their dog's poo. Location is the best part

Verified Renter I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s incredible and the price seems too good to be true but it’s really that good. I could write a novel about how incredible the maintenance crew is. They all deserve a raise because they’re fantastic.

Verified Renter I do not feel safe living here. It feels as though the leasing office does not care about its residents. I have been the victim of two crimes in the building within a week, and I was told by the leasing office that any security camera or security patrol are not there for the residents' benefit or safety, but for the liability of the building.
