Verified Renter I had to install my own wireless camera in my storage unit to deter a repeat thief who continues to pick the lock. Management doesnt care at all. I feel unsafe living here.
Please look elsewhere. This apartment complex refuses to do anything about the crime and security in the area. Homeless people sleep in the stairwell and car windows are bashed in every night. None of the stairwells actually lock so people also try and break into your apartment. I have had a roof leak that i submitted a service request for 4 months ago and I have been living with a moldy exposed sheet rock ceiling for months and water dumps on my floor when it rains. Verified Renter The quality of the community has been severely degraded since July of 2020. Filthy hallways and garages, months long wait for maintenance, utter disregard for constant car and home break-ins. Management is so much worse than it used to be.

Verified Renter Visit unit before signing lease. Remodels are more or less lipstick on a pig. You are paying essentially for the area.

Verified Renter The apartments and layout are great, but the management company that took over in August 2020 has reduced costs and the residents all recognize the decline in quality.

Bad management, dirty facilities, unsafe parking lot Despite the conviene of the shops around the area, Residences at the Triangle has an extremely poor costumer service. Maintenance request can take up two weeks to get resolved and staff is not responsive to any feedback from tenants. Common areas very unsafe with many reported robberies and non-tenants trespassing building spaces. Verified Renter Very disappointed with this apartment. For the large price you receive old and barely working appliances and A/C units that cannot keep up with the Texas heat. There are way more UT students living here than I would have liked and the lack of care shows in the appearance of the pools, stairwells etc

Verified Renter The apartment is a very good looking one. The location and locality along with many restaurants and grocery markets within the triangle Park make it a great place for a living. However, the staff is very slow to respond to service requests. The air conditioning in the buildings are around 20 years old. That is very poor for a society situated in Texas. The management should take regular steps to ensure that the cooling systems Are not old enough to cause issues and make it hard to stay during the day.
