Say goodbye to your $500 security deposit Bottom line: You will overpay for a "luxury" apartment with horrible customer service and the thinnest windows in town. This property is now managed by Greystar. Despite being past the 30 day limit to return my security deposit or send a detailed explanation of its use, I have received neither. current resident--horrible experience, do NOT live here I am a current resident of the Triangle building B. If you ever want to get a good night's sleep, do NOT live here. The retail management contracts a company to blow the leafs at 5:30am in the morning. it is the loudest noise you'll ever hear, for a full hour straight at 5:30am in the morning. Add to this that the windows are very crappy and provide 0 noise insulation, and this means that you won't sleep much. No earplugs will help. No noise machine will help. Residents... read more
New Resident Just moved to the Triangle and I truly love the feel of the complex because of how convenient everything. As a newcomer here are some things that stick out to me: Good: -The leasing staff is pretty awesome! They truly have some gems there. Emil is amazing and is always a welcoming face. New Satisfied Resident I've been very happy living at the Triangle. My apartment is extremely spacious, the amenities are so nice, the leasing staff is friendly and the maintenance guys are so nice and took care of one issue we had immediately. The dog park is my favorite. I've met so many people there and my dog is happy to socialize with other well behaved dogs. For me the location is the best. Close to both 183 and I35. The Triangle The Triangle is very nice. It's a little North of UT, so traffic is to a minimum. However, noise from the street will always be heard if your apartment overlooks the four laned 40mph street. Accidents aren't uncommon, either, since there is no turn lane. I've almost been slammed from behind multiple times while attempting to make a left turn into my parking garage. The parking garage is nice, but reserving a spot and paying monthly for it is pointless because people park wherever they want. The apartment is very... read more

Overpriced "luxury" The location here is great and the park, farmer's market, playground and restaurants are a nice convenience. However, it's way too loud (seriously the walls are paper thin) and the rate increases are unreasonable. After our 12 month lease was up the best extension they offered was 9 months with a nearly $200 increase. No thanks.

not great, not the worst The good: location; bedroom size; the office staff are very nice; the maintenance crew is professional, responsive, and really good at what they do The bad: rent that is high to begin and goes up 5-10% a year (don't expect any incentives to sign a new lease either); the building is getting older and the quality of the cabinets is starting to show (they're falling apart) The ugly: again, the building is getting older and since it's definitely not in the realm of "shiny and new" anymore, it really does... read more
