The best place for dogs! The residences at the triangle has a lot of really affordable apartments with gorgeous yards that face Triangle Park. They have little gate that allows you to go right from your yard over to the park. There are neighbors out there everyday playing with their pets. My dog loves our super sunny yard and going to the park. In the past they've thrown "yappy hours" and always have treats on the front desk. Clean and large apartments The apartments have some really tall ceilings and concrete floors that make it feel really modern and quiet. I really like the strength training room and view from my place overlooking the park here and you can see downtown Austin in the distance. This is the best location if you want to be close to downtown but not pay downtown prices. They have a lot of "work from home" space too.

Love this place! I honestly love living at the residences at the triangle. I've been here a while and since greystar took over as the management company, you can really see the differences. They do everything they can to make life here stress free and fun. The staff is nice and always welcomes you in, maintenance is professional and fast. I've never waited more than 48 hours to get anything addressed. I park in the parking garage and have never experienced theft, I feel safe walking from my car at night to the elevators. Rampant theft, poor management The residences recently switched management companies, and the new management is completely hands-off, which is a nightmare amid routine theft in the building as well as non-compliance with Covid regulations. We've had a bike stolen from the parking garage and a package swiped from just outside the door —a routine complaint of residents in multiple buildings. Say goodbye to your $500 security deposit Bottom line: You will overpay for a "luxury" apartment with horrible customer service and the thinnest windows in town. This property is now managed by Greystar. Despite being past the 30 day limit to return my security deposit or send a detailed explanation of its use, I have received neither. current resident--horrible experience, do NOT live here I am a current resident of the Triangle building B. If you ever want to get a good night's sleep, do NOT live here. The retail management contracts a company to blow the leafs at 5:30am in the morning. it is the loudest noise you'll ever hear, for a full hour straight at 5:30am in the morning. Add to this that the windows are very crappy and provide 0 noise insulation, and this means that you won't sleep much. No earplugs will help. No noise machine will help. Residents... read more
New Resident Just moved to the Triangle and I truly love the feel of the complex because of how convenient everything. As a newcomer here are some things that stick out to me: Good: -The leasing staff is pretty awesome! They truly have some gems there. Emil is amazing and is always a welcoming face.
