Fun and easily accessible I'm a student and I find this area to be one of the better areas in Austin. It's very convenient to get to campus since it's located on the bus line. I don't have a car and it's just what I was looking for as far as walkability. There's some bars close by and restaurants all around the triangle plus a grocery store next door. They started doing a lot of events outside like workout classes and there's food trucks on the weekends. So far I really like it!

Worst Management Ever Greystar took over as the management company a week before my lease began, and the management has been absolutely awful since then. They are hands down the worst management team I have ever experienced while living in an apartment complex. There is a plethora of issues from non-existent security, to package theft, and amenities that were promised in the contract are not delivered.
