New Satisfied Resident I've been very happy living at the Triangle. My apartment is extremely spacious, the amenities are so nice, the leasing staff is friendly and the maintenance guys are so nice and took care of one issue we had immediately. The dog park is my favorite. I've met so many people there and my dog is happy to socialize with other well behaved dogs. For me the location is the best. Close to both 183 and I35. The Triangle The Triangle is very nice. It's a little North of UT, so traffic is to a minimum. However, noise from the street will always be heard if your apartment overlooks the four laned 40mph street. Accidents aren't uncommon, either, since there is no turn lane. I've almost been slammed from behind multiple times while attempting to make a left turn into my parking garage. The parking garage is nice, but reserving a spot and paying monthly for it is pointless because people park wherever they want. The apartment is very... read more

Overpriced "luxury" The location here is great and the park, farmer's market, playground and restaurants are a nice convenience. However, it's way too loud (seriously the walls are paper thin) and the rate increases are unreasonable. After our 12 month lease was up the best extension they offered was 9 months with a nearly $200 increase. No thanks.

not great, not the worst The good: location; bedroom size; the office staff are very nice; the maintenance crew is professional, responsive, and really good at what they do The bad: rent that is high to begin and goes up 5-10% a year (don't expect any incentives to sign a new lease either); the building is getting older and the quality of the cabinets is starting to show (they're falling apart) The ugly: again, the building is getting older and since it's definitely not in the realm of "shiny and new" anymore, it really does... read more

Typical Apartment w/ Great Location The property is huge! It has three separate buildings for 500 units. There are plenty of small shops in the area along with a couple of restaurants. In Austin, you will always be paying a premium for location and that is what you are doing at this building. That's not to say that the amenities are not nice, but I do think that the walls are too thin and if you are like me, then having constant noise such as when the bus stops, people walking in high heels that can be heard quite clearly, a... read more
