I have made several complaints about the neighbors loud music all hours of the night, fighting in front of my house, condoms and drugs being left in front of my door (literally), and some threw a glass at my door and shattered it. I have small children and a full time job. Me and my kids were unable to sleep all night most nights because of the neighbors. I live in the ******** for over 4 years anvenue 5 took over and they are the worst company every day do not return phone calls they do not follow up on work orders you completely live in garbage plumbing from trash around the property is ridiculous. They do not except money orders or checks in office. You have to actually pay on a portal which is broken. I have been a resident of ********************* Apartments in ******, ***** for 4 1/2 years. I love my community and I love my home. At least I did until Avenue5 Residential LLC assumed management of the complex. I have never, ever, ever been treated so disrespectfully. I have had a leak in my apartment from the upstairs unit for 6 months. Avenue5 has dodged my communications and refused to see me to discuss finding a resolution. I have recommended over 10 different friends/family to look into M south Apartments when looking to find an apartment. Ever since Avenue5 took over, I recommend everyone to look elsewhere. I am also in property management and know how important it is to fully take care of issues within the apartment and produce high customer service always, by going above and beyond. Hello My dad moved into to Mission lofts property located in ************ **.He was 89 in ********************************************************************* we would use his income which was enough as he received a pension as guarantee for his lease. We made it clear that we were doing this to make sure that when he passed the lease would be terminated with no issues. On April 24, 2023 my father passed away. This residential company doesn't receive any stars from me. I have been a resident since December and it has been nothing but h*** Constant leaks from everywhere, rat infestation, maintenance doesn't answer emergency service calls. My family was left to fend our apartment from all the water that flooded our apartment. We're unable to utilize our appliances as there is no follow-up, follow-through, no parts available, or have been ordered. The maintenance crew are a joke at Palm Crest Apartments. They enter your apartment freely with or without permission. Not only that, but they entered my apartment without my permission, and while my underage son was home alone. ((I even had my bedroom door closed and locked as I was trying to hide gifts for my sons birthday. But they walked right into my apartment, while I was gone and somehow unlocked my bedroom door. Service is terrible. They fail to replace burnt out hallway lights, they do not maintain or keep up building cleanliness, and the staff is just rude.
