If I could rate this property management company a 0 I most definitely would. Ive had sewage and mold issues that are hazardous to our health and yet Ive been given the run around and have not been able to get this addressed with anyone higher than a property manager (who isnt helpful) or customer service.
Very unprofessional, would not listen to my concerns over my brother. Tried to kick him out in a taxi cab. And told him to pack his own things. Then the cab leaves him there. This facility Allowed him to make decisions even though he has had 3 strokes, was on life support, and deemed incompetent. They hv no plan of care set in place for him, and yet they want him to leave. He is delusional, and has no home but yet they call a cab. Unbelievable how this place is ran.
Worst company ever. Stole money from me when I was moving out . Never paid a day late in rent. Absolutely disgusting company
It would be great if management team understood routine maintenance better!! The dryer outside vents should be cleaned out every **** months...to prevent fires and to increase the efficiency of the dryers!! I requested that mine be cleaned after living here for one year...the amount of "lint" was unbelievable!! My dryer time was slashed in half!! To think of the fire danger!! THIS IS ROUTINE MAINTENANCE!!!

Avenue5 manages 470 properties nationwide and you would think someone would have something nice to say, but with over a thousand reviews not many have a kind word to say, which I find very disturbing. You must work extremely hard to continue to have such a poor showing, but from my experience their care level is lacking, and I would be very disappointed in myself and the company if I continually had such poor ratings. BEWARE! ** is DISHONEST, SNAKY, UNETHICAL, & DECEPTIVE!!!!!!!!! Southridge Apts, ******, **. They lied about the rent (****). The manager asked if there is anything she can do to make things right and never followed through. They damaged my patio furniture and never acknowledged after being told. ************** sprayed upstairs apartment with no warning. Thank goodness we were not on the patio. Our apartment was ant infested. It took almost two weeks for an exterminator.
