Just had my ultrasound and x-ray here today and all the staffs are so politely professionals and genuinely love to help people. They really love what they do with passion. I so admire people with these positive attitudes. Great staffs from securities at the door, front desk receptionists, ultrasound techs and x-ray techs. There was no line when I checked in, calm and quiet. I came in and checked in more than an hour ahead of my appointment and finished way before my actual appointment schedule. Must be nice to be a doctor and run 20 minutes late at your job all the time. I’d get fired.
Horrible. At drop-in x-ray, in extreme pain, 9 on a scale of 10. My doctor needed the image. I had to wait 1.5 hours for a simple x-ray in an uncomfortable chair because they were understaffed. Just avoid this place if possible.
The staff was INCREDIBLE!! The two women, Way and LaTonya, who helped me, stayed later in order to make sure I got my X-ray done. They went out of their way to help me! I was blown away by their kindness and amazing customer service!! Thank YOU!
We asked for a female doctor and they ensured us we’d get one, once we arrived they completely forgot and forced us to reschedule
