The food service design is absolutely terrible. It should be more like a rest stop with already plated grab and go meals. Whomever designed this concept should be fired.

Horrible atención y servicio. Llamaron para decir que nos llevarían los muebles a las 11:30 y en lugar de ir a esa hora pasaron a las 11 cuando no estábamos. Resultado: van a tardar 2 días más en llevarlos. La persona de atención al cliente nos colgó el teléfono sin solucionar el problema. Lamentable.
I have never interacted with a customer service so bad ! I tried to reach the CS everyday during a all week and been put on hold for more than 25 minutes every single time. Impossible to speak with someone actually in charge... Really the worst ever.
IKEA Brooklyn is great until you have to return anything. Then you can expect to lose half your day waiting in line for the one person on staff who can process returns.
I bought sofa/table from brooklyn store on tuesday and paid a fee for home delivery. I was told that it would be delivered between 3-7pm the next day (wednesday). By 6:30 pm yesterday, someone called that the shipping company was not able to deliver. She asked when will be the best time to deliver on thursday (2nd day). I choose between 11am-3pm. Great Prices..Like the Showrooms ..Love IKEA
have ordered over $800 worth of product from IKEA Brooklyn store and they delivered a dead plant with a broken pot, which I refused to accept for obvious reasons. It has been 2 months now since the delivery and I still did not get a $33 refund (for the plant and pot) from them. I have called customer service about 8 times now with wait time over an hour for each phone call. Each time I was assured that this issue will be resolved and someone will call me back.
