What an ordeal! I'm sorry I ever set foot in that store. After 3 weeks, I'm still sleeping on the floor, as they keep forgetting to send parts, lie about when they'll come, and generally waste my time and drive me crazy. They got their money, and what do they care if I get the service I paid for or not. Every time they make a mistake [and there r so many!], I pay for it with wasted time and energy holding forever on line and being lied to. I just want my bed!!

Waiting for almost 2 months now for a simple $30 table. Customer support is clueless. Good job ikea, at being so pathetic....
Waited 5 hours for my furniture to be delivered today and they never showed up. Called customer service and they said that the store cancelled my order but they can't tell me why. No one ever contacted me via phone or email. 5 hours of my life wasted.
I am sitting here in ikea Brooklyn in returns with each seat filled, 7 employees standing around and only 1 person helping people. Disgraceful.
Trying calling all morning – automated voice: "we are unable to take your call." What will it take to talk and help me?? Disgrace
