Terrible, my 7 month old baby, wife and me are shopping for our anniversary, and when we are leaving after ordering Uber taxi, their security stopped us and told us we can't have the taxi parked at their driveway which was empty. He forced our family to walk across the street in scoring heat and while yelling at us to state the drive way is private and contract to their taxi. Worst place. There's a 45 minute wait just to return an item. Take a number and have a seat near the rest of the crowd, about 60 people.
The customer service in the food court needs a major overhaul. Had to wait 15 minutes for bowls to come out after being completely ignored.....smh never eating here again #youhadtoseeit #messy
Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I went to the store to schedule my delivery because they didn't have it in stock. I got the email to confirm. When the day arrives, I didn't receive my home delivery nor a phone call/email regarding the absence of it. Then I tried to get in contact with the store and no one is there to answer the phone. Can someone please help?

#IKEA USA such a disappointment...Horrible customer service....after paying over 6k on kitchen cabinets waiting whole day for the delivery to come, with no follow up or a call, waiting on customer service call for over hour an half, we are told that the cabinets we ordered that were suppose to be delivered today never made out of the ikea warehouse.
