The food service design is absolutely terrible. It should be more like a rest stop with already plated grab and go meals. Whomever designed this concept should be fired.
I have never interacted with a customer service so bad ! I tried to reach the CS everyday during a all week and been put on hold for more than 25 minutes every single time. Impossible to speak with someone actually in charge... Really the worst ever.
IKEA Brooklyn is great until you have to return anything. Then you can expect to lose half your day waiting in line for the one person on staff who can process returns.

Dear Ikea Brooklyn, why isnt your delivery system working? The company skiped the delivery for the second time, (sitting there the whole day without an info). what will happen next? we have no trust any more in them. Is this the stoneage of Ikea?
have ordered over $800 worth of product from IKEA Brooklyn store and they delivered a dead plant with a broken pot, which I refused to accept for obvious reasons. It has been 2 months now since the delivery and I still did not get a $33 refund (for the plant and pot) from them. I have called customer service about 8 times now with wait time over an hour for each phone call. Each time I was assured that this issue will be resolved and someone will call me back. Worst place. There's a 45 minute wait just to return an item. Take a number and have a seat near the rest of the crowd, about 60 people.
The customer service in the food court needs a major overhaul. Had to wait 15 minutes for bowls to come out after being completely ignored.....smh never eating here again #youhadtoseeit #messy
NEVER ORDER FROM IKEA USA. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE. NO HELP. YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND WHEN YOU FINALLY GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE THEY'LL TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED TO GO INTO THE STORE BC THEY CANT HELP. THEY DONT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT CUSTOMERS
