So rude!I went to ikea Brooklyn yesterday!I have never meet the rude treatment in USA before!The securities and the workmen who direct the taxi parking are extremely rude and discrimination!

Service is ZERO. Went in to order new kitchen cabinets, had to work with an extremely lazy, incompetent, discourteous rep; they forgot to order a part (contractor said so) so calling for the second time... After 45 min on hold they just hang up. Twice in a row. Ugh!
I ordered a couch on Saturday night (not to mention hundreds of dollars of merchandise) & was promised a delivery that very same night from 8-12; learned at 12:30am through a 3rd party delivery company that my order was cancelled...thank you IKEA...I guess my contact information including tele and e-mail just wasn't good enough. IYears my shopping with IKEA was fine, untill I stepped into the world of #IKEABROOKLYN I cannot say more than #IKEAFAIL on this shop and their #IKEAservice... Three weeks ago my queensize bed, mattress and accesories were delivered.. due to the wrong size slatted base (..) I couldn't assemble my bed yet untill TWO WEEKS later, when the correct size was delivered... but in the mean time I changed my mind on the size of the bed... I keep tryign to call your customer service line and after making my way through the automated system and waiting on hold for 45 minutes, the line hangs up. This is crazy. I There should be much better service and products quality on a $5,000+ order. My order has several missing pieces. This is all after I waited for an hour at the Ikea Brooklyn store last night to replace other damaged parts. Please have someone contact me ASAP.
I have been waiting in line for furniture pick up for almost 3 hours (I'm still here at 9:16 and the store closed at 9:00). I told a manger about the extensive delay and she responded "it's a Saturday". I am not likely to shop at IKEA ever again as it seems that none of the employees, or the corporation for that matter, care about the customers. Great job @ikea.
This is torture. 1 hr and 21 min waiting at the home delivery line. They want to charge us for delivery twice because they don't have the product after we spent $1,200 and their attitude sucks. Next day delivery is a JOKE - more like next week. It's not my fault there aren't enough people on the floor. Don't take it out on me because I didn't take out on you the freaking hour and change waiting in line. #IkeaBrooklynsucks #neveragain
