Over 100 people in line. Three cashiers ! People in every line putting their items down and walking out.
Literally the worst service ever! Waited in all day on Sunday for my delivery....15 minutes before delivery for them to say the driver can't make it and they need to re schedule for Wednesday (Today) Again i waited in a WHOLE day today and this time only half my delivery to turn up. Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes to speak to customer care who now have said they can't even give me a date yet!!! Absolutely ridiculous! Have used Ikea for 10 years! Never again!!!!

Where is my delivery! !???? Ordered April 8th still waiting! !! Called customer service 4 times!!! Keep on being told it will be delivered. Impossible delivery department to reach by phone!!! Horrible!
Worst customer service experience of my life.
Phone number doesn't work. Their delivery company misplaced furniture. I want a refund.
Stop using XPO as your delivery service. They are horrendous. You need to seriously reconsider using them. Look at your posts about them. Go on BBB and look. Just google XPO and Ikea...NOT GOOD.
