Disgusting customer service: impossible to reach them either by phone or chat. Returned a $700 item, still haven’t got a refund!!! Complete lack of respect to customers.

From the most basic pieces, to those that are more elaborate, and beautifully designed, the consumer can be assured that functionality takes precedence

THEY R FRAUD AVOID AT ALL COST! The worst experience ever. Scheduled for delivery and assembly on one Friday, the only day we r off, gave them the time frame to come which is between 9-4pm. Delivery came late, unable to enter the building due to co op rule. Had to reschedule and take off work again. Delivery finally came but NO ASSEMBLY!! Called IKea to get refund and they said the store will call me and it WILL TAKE 10-14 DAYS TO PROCESS! And they can’t EMAIL ME THE REFUND RECEIT OR CONFIRMATION BECAUSE THE PERSON WE SPOKE ... read more
