Coffee is great here and the food. Furniture alway easy to assembling together. Great location.
Room full of people for returns and i’ve been sitting here for 45 mins. Only one desk working the returns????!?! This is ridiculous!!

The place is nice and plenty of afordable stuff as any Ikea around the world but the delivery service they have is the worst ever. They do not comply with the delivery dates and when trying to reach over the phone either you cannot communicate or they put you on hold (I wanted for more than an hour, literally, with no answer). 4 other friends Hope someone do something to prevent @Ikea from doing more damage to consumers.
horrible service in all areas including the restaurant. It is no easy to shop there is not one with a great actitud to help u there. I hate the service
Great location in congested city. Enjoyed shopping, eating, & sight seeing. Statue of Liberty is clearly be seen & pictured. I love this place
