I HATE THEM: I ordered everything one month in advance. I’m starting college and leaving on the floor because they were supposed to delivery everything a month ago! I called the Costumer Service but they always give me different answers (if they answer the call):”we will call you in 72h”/“we will let you know on the 20th”/“the delivery company will reach out for you soon”. I WANT TO KNOW FOR HOW MUCH TIME THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE FUN OF ME?!
I spent $1,380.96 & my boyfriend took off work for our delivery. But it didn't arrive & they can't give us a reason why or estimated date/time for delivery. Completely unacceptable.
Unfortunately, I bought the Malm 4-drawer chest, and after the 30 dollar delivery service it took more than a week to be delivered and was missing many pieces, so, I couldn't go through the assembly. I called IKEA customer service and they couldn't do nothing besides send me another after one more week of wait!!!! Meanwhile, all my clothes are sitting in bags, scattered all over my apartment. Very frustrating costumer experience!!
Paid for delivery. They didnt drop off all pieces. Hours on the phone and they didnt show up for two more scheduled deliveries. Now over an hour wait in store to speak to a rep

Brooklyn Store are absolutely abysmal, bordering on fraudulent (and I don't use that term lightly). Half delivery/non delivery (over several weeks). Rude staff, no one knows or appears to care what's happening. Customer service is a joke, keep you on hold on telephone for 40 mins (several times) then just cut you off . . . . . Check out the reviews, this is not an isolated incident, someone needs to shake this place up, starting at senior management level.

Terrible customer service. I can't reach them through advertised phone number to reschedule delivery and the delivery service that's supposed to be connected to Ikea (that's what the website says) doesn't even have my order and I don't know how else to get insurance certificate., I don't even know if the delivery guys will be let into the building.
