I am waiting for a delivery that never came and have been calling and the phone number does not work.
I just order a bunk bed for my twins and I feel like ikea should give more descriptive instructions for the furniture
I placed an order in July and now it is Sept and i am still waiting. No update or call from ikea or the shipping company they use. When I call ikea for an update, they are not taking calls from customers requestings updates on orders they have made months ago.
Thank you ikea for delaying my friends bed and sofa delivery twice in two weeks and not giving him notice. My friend been sleeping on the floor because of your incompetence and its screwing up his back and ability to work. #Disgraceful. Every time he takes off for work you cancel the delivery. Way to waste his time.
It’s IKEA, and it’s in Brooklyn, so you should know what to expect: A lot of good, solid items at reasonable prices, a bit of disorganization, cheap yet nutritious meals, some Brooklyn attitude, and a whole lot waiting (to pick up items, to find help, to pay). PLEASE be patient and polite, and most of the staff will do their best to assist you. Not so good today, ran out of food and drinks at lunch time.
From a scale of 1-5, I would give them a minus 5!!! Ikea is the most horrible company to deal with! I spent thousands of dollars on a kitchen and other items and the experience was an absolute NIGHTMARE! It’s been over two months and the kitchen is still unfinished. Called customer service over 10 times and had to wait for an hour each time. They deliver damaged parts and don’t bother notifying their clients of discontinued items....good luck getting these replaced!
#Ikea my daughter ordered a vanity on december 27 half of the delivery was delivered on January 11th which was broken it's now February 19th and the part that you delivered that was broken we still have not received the piece. what in the world is going on this is the worst service that I've ever encountered endless calls waiting on the customer service line for 45 minutes to an hour and still I get nowhere I'm promised a call back and no call back #channel7onyourside #legalshield #ikea
