I found a cover for my sofa on a humble and it was $29.00!!! Plus, the Water Taxi crew at 6:35 was so inviting! We got sunglasses, fans and just all around laughs!

My first time there. It was crowded. I don't like how the cafeteria is set up. To buy only a drink you have to go through the line. There is a rude lady that works in the bedding section. Who caught an attitude when I asked a question about the pillows. She is lucky that I am a different nice person. Someone else would have slapped the piss out of her with the pillow.
Horrible customer service, not helpful at all and takes ages to get back to you. When they do get back to you, it's to tell you they can't help you.
Nice merchandise, but deadly long lines to registers.

Garbage - no customer service what so ever and not PCI compliant. Reporting to better business bureau - how is this Ikea?!
Very bad customer service. Cooktop was out of service, called for repair, never show up.
