Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve had in the US...I confirm the already late delivery the morning of, delivery date was changed after I called in the PM to check up on it...”sorry we didn’t have the truck to load them on”, had to wait another 48h. The delivery fee is still not reimbursed as they offered to and I’m still missing a 300$ desk from the delivery. Daughter to store to collect the support bracket left out of the delivery order. After travelling for over an hour to get there, waited in line at customer service for over an hour. The online representative (after 1 hour on phone) told me the part would be at the customer service counter. The employee there was so rude and basically told me off. Very bad .. still waiting for my delivery since 1 week and already payed .. They need 0 stars ! I was waiting for my delivery since next sunday. They didn't delivery me, and of course didn't call me to tell me they wont be there . I have call them and they told me friday will be delivery.. nothing friday .. now they where supposed to delivery me tomorow and they call to tell me not possible we have to reschedule. We never had such experience with any ikea in the world, Brooklyn store delivery service DOES NOT WORK! Even if you pay a fair price for the service and choose a delivery day (no time), they will never guarantee delivery. You guys should really work this out, that is no service at all!
Muebles y de cocina me siento contesta con los produce
When I spend 700$+ in furniture, pay 60$+ for it to be shipped, I expect to be updated on my order’s status, and I expect for it to be delivered on time, or at the very least for someone to warn me that my order won’t be there on the day it was supposed to be. I ordered other stuff on Amazon, paid less, got it shipped for free, and was able to track my order 24/7. This is the last time I bother with Ikea’s contempt for user experience.
