I wanted to highly complain about your local delivery provider XPO in New York. I have been very frustrated and annoyed with the service. I have been waiting for my sleeper sofa, blinds and rug for about 3 weeks now... Because of constant rescheduling of delivery since March 10th. I would like IKEA do help on this order by at least compensating for all the trouble, time and money I have lost by taking non paid days off to be at home to receive my orders. El mejor lugar para encontrar lo que se necesita para organizar en poco espacio
This is my first experience with IKEA and it will be my last. Ordered an ALGOT closet online at 1:54pm on a Friday. Received a phone call from the store at 3:20pm letting me know that one of the 53 items is not available and will be in stock the next day. Pick up time is 6:30-9pm that day. She stated that I have until 6pm the next day to pick up my items. Well I get to the store the next day at 5:30pm to be told that they had put back my items at 8am that morning. I WOULD LIKE TO RATE 0 STARS but it's not possible. I bought two beds from IKEA Brooklyn and after one month I decided to return the items(as written on the website) because the size was not good for my rooms. Returns customer service was super rude and denied my returns. I had to go back there in person for 3 times before one representative "did me a favor" (true words) and accept my return request and payment for delivery. RETURNS ARE A CUSTOMER RIGHT BTW. Omg! Estoy Pensando visitar esa tienda pero con tantos mensajes negativos qué hay aquí sobre los delivery’s ahora no se que pensar, necesito un inmueble para mi habitación y lo necesito de emergencia; so, No puedo durar 2 semanas o mas esperando a que ellos me lo lleven a la casa, podría esperar 24 horas máximo pero no cuando ellos quieran llevármelo a la casa. Ellos deben de manejarse mejor y cambiar esa forma que tienen sobre los delivery’s. Wao!
