The delivery team informed me that IKEA (Brooklyn) didn't give them all the items that I ordered. Now I am currently missing my mattress, which is the only thing I need to actually start staying in my apartment. I have tried calling multiple times and was put on hold for over half an hour. I have tried e-mailing them through their help system and have yet to get a response.
