I love IKEA and I've been to a few different locations. Love the products and everything the company stands for and unbelievable prices. But the staffing at this location was horrible. Not just one bad encounter but everyone. The staff at the cafe, the checkout, and the grocery area checkout. Rude and completely unaware of a decent customer service. I love going there because me and my boyfriend have been trying get ideas on how to furnish our apartment and get it organize. We always find little nick nacks for our home. And enjoy wandering through the showroom.
Some asshole stole my cart that was 15 feet away that had my jacket in it. Having to go back to the start of the marketplace and do it all over again was one of the lowest points of my life.

It good to bring a little or a lot of fresh comfort to the home to reflect the new season coming in. IKEA is it. All areas of the home at your finger tips.
Takes too long to get there please open a store closer to downtown Brooklyn!!! Lines are always too long !!!!
