Horrible experience. I placed an order to be delivered and the delivery company didn’t come during the stated window and my building doesn’t accept deliveries after 6pm, they rescheduled for 3 days later. It was supposed to be a morning time slot, but I was informed it would instead happen in the afternoon. Horrible customer service. I have an ongoing issue with one of my purchases since December of 2017 and it has not been solved! Your phone and email customer services are useless.

Hi! I am having so many issues with my ikea delivery #286547761 It was supposed to be delivered on May 9th, but then it was rescheduled on May 11th, but on May 11th I have received a call from the delivery company telling me that they had lost my delivery! I called IKEA and finally told me I will be delivered tomorrow, Monday May 14th. Lines always long, bad customer service! Sat in line today for 30minutes to make a return - only 3 people working the line. Asked a manger for more people and she said “working on it”. How about all the people in the office come help get people through the line. Ikea has great prices with no focus on customer service!
Great furniture store with unbeatable prices.
I ordered and picked up a table yesterday. And Ikea didn't give any screws and nails that are supposed to come with it. Today I had to go back to the store and the employee told me they don't have the screws/nails in the store and they need to order it, which will take 3 days. How did you even sell the table to me in the first place if you don't have a complete product? You could have let me know the product is not ready for pick up until you have everything. Very Bad Experience !
