Deliver the items I paid for. It is unacceptable and fraud.
If you never want to see your merchandise arrive then order from Ikea. Waiting over a week for a delivery! Today the truck never even got out on the route! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! Walmart and Target are 10000 times better.

And then you send me an email that says "As per your request, your delivery date has been re-scheduled." Lesson for me: when you buy cheap, expect cheap service.
Their delivery services are just useless !!! My delivery has been rescheduled already 3 times in 7 days and still not sure they're going to come on the date that I just chose today !
Very bad customer. I've been trying the customer service phone for over a week but it's been busy and I get disconnected automatically. And then the email alternative is not functioning at all. Really disappointing...
They take your money and don’t deliver your items. Been on hold 2.5hours now just trying to cancel my order and get money back. They’re criminals frankly.
I bought an all white closet. 1st the doors never got put in because all the part was not shiped. 2nd I bought 6 white shelves why did they send a brown one? 3rd I've been on hold for 66 min already and still waiting on my cell phone!!! �������
Simply the worst IKEA store of all times. Made an order a month ago (Yes, A MONTH AGO) and it still hasn’t arrived!!!! Spent two weekends waiting for nothing. You basically ruined our summer. Just worse than your terrible delivery service is your pathetic customer service which does nothing but neglect customer’s issues.
