Double charge on same item. Cashier look like irresponsible on their job
Encuentro todo lo necesario para mi hogar. Piensan en todo. Venden reductos de mucha utilidad, y tienen buenos precios.
Horrible customer service. Charged an additional $50 delivery after not leaving a box in a locked foyer. When trying to resolve the non-delivered item, custom service was rude and would not escalate the case to a manager. Would like someone to contact me privately regarding this matter.
Visited the store and paid for a full apartment worth of stuff. Scheduled delivery for Saturday. XPO phoned and said delivery would arrive between 9 and 3. They arrived at 11am but only delivered half the order. When asked about the rest was told to phone IKEA. After holding for 3 hours I had to give up holding. I hope to one day find the rest of this order. All I can say is you chose to shop there do your own delivery as if anything goes wrong you will never be able to talk to a human and get an answer that makes sense. Let... read more
10am on a Wednesday is the best. Quiet, tranquil lots of friendly smiling workers. BTW Even at the busiest times workers have always been helpful. Breakfast and shopping. Today was just Perfect, perfect.
I will never order anything in Ikea, because I don’t understand, why I can’t receive my delivery about 45 days and it was canceled 4 times? Why I have to stay at home and wait for it 4 times?
