The store was well maintained, the food in the cafe was all right, but the soda machine was down. After a 2-hour visit picking out new furniture and gadgets, we had to wait in line for almost an hour. 50+ people waiting to pay and 3 registers open. Not a good impression.
An absolute dystopian hellhole. Had to walk through labyrinths of stuff I have no interest in to find the area to get the pieces for the furniture I want. Then none of the items were where the tags in the showroom said they were. I hated everything about my experience here.

I guess my experience will be the best one. Once I saw delivery prices, I had decided, no delivery for me. Got a couple of dressers and a wardrobe in-store. Got a lyft van one day $30. Next time rented a uhaul $20 and an extra hand. They also have delivery vans outside with decent prices that will deliver you and your furniture to your home. Free Shuttle bus from downtown BK is amazing! Candy is always gone and NEVER refilled in the food section, seriously it was 1pm �. They always run out of specials, never have to go boxes... read more

Ordered a couch on 3/17 in-store at the Brooklyn Location. It's supposed to be delivered this upcoming Saturday and I've received no update for the past two weeks. No email, or call. I've tried calling twice, and am now on hold and have been on hold for 2 Hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. After reading all of the horror stories I'm so nervous my item won't get to me on Saturday, and there's not even a human I can talk to to ask a simple question. Their customer service is awful.
The worst service ever! You delivered a partial order, six days after the date it was promised. If you want to call customer service you need to have a never ending patience, as after several phone calls of a few HOURS, you still do not get any answers. I paid for these products and never got what I was promised, only headaches.
visited today staff very helpful on the furniture floor but the restaurant? 4 lines 1 cashier and when they did open up 2 more registers, nasty attitude. some shelves were bare out of stock and waiting in line for trolly while associated converse . I give them a half star... not even worth it. next time I'll go to hicksville
