I am satisfied with my visit to this location and so I don’t drive I used the shuttle that is running every 30-40 minutes to store and train station back and forth free of charge. I don’t give five because of the long waiting to pay. They should have more registers opened .
Be prepared to do everything by yourself. One guy finally helped and I’m appreciative for that but otherwise it’s all on you..
It’s a nice to go and spend a few hours and see what they have and have lunch
I almost want to give up my Swedish citizenship after having visited the most disorganized IKEA ever. Everything all over the place. No price tags. Thankfully I met a goddess in the form of an employee who had a scanner! 30 minutes to check out. As if IKEA can’t afford more employees?! I think a tequila-shot bar would do great across this mayhem.
Everything went pretty well until I got an item broken during the Home Delivery. I paid for the item but never got it delivered back as they were supposed to. Support line is about 34 minutes and I've tried at least twice per day so it's not like a hour-in-the-day issue. What is actually going with your support line Ikea?!?

Worst online shopping / delivery experience ever ! Get it togother IKEA , as cutomers it is not our problem that you are working with XPO or whoever else, just get things delivered in time ! And answer your *** hotline
Wow! I am so glad I never had anything from this company delivered, or installed. Almost every review on that aspect is bad. I am the ultimate do it yourself type guy. (Google me) If it can’t be bought I can build it. I buy IKEA furniture because it looks good, is functional and cheap. Every piece I ever bought came with all the parts and went together well as long as you follow the instructions. The only complaint I have is the long check out lines at the store.
