I have never experienced in my lifetime such bad management of customer service. I ordered a bed last week to be delivered this past Monday I never heard from IKEA or the company who is to deliver on Monday they have yet to answer any calls, and they also literally have 97 minute wait times to speak to someone who then answers and transfers you immediately to someone else which takes you back to the beginning of their system where you have to like push one for customer service. I've been on hold for over an hour now, trying to cancel an order. It's unbelievable that you can't cancel online, but beyond that, we're now long past the estimated wait time, and half of it has been spent listening to static.
