After shopping I went to the cafe to eat, the man serving the food was so nasty. I wanted to throw the food back at him. Turns out someone didn't show up for work and he was alone so he was taking it out on me. People like him should not work with the public at all never mind Ikea.
boooooo delivery has still not been made, after taking time off work twice now! Delivery co never called, rang buzzer, or even parked outside! Ikea has zero control when they deliver your things! Ikea OWN Customer Service Manager told me that if she was me, she wouldn't have any faith in their company! Awesome. No real solution was made, as we were told by more than one Ikea rep, that their hands are tied when it comes to deliveries, and that they can not make any requests/demands to XPO Logistics, their contracted delivery ... read more
