IKEA has rescheduled my delivery 5 times, I have been waiting for a product for more than three weeks. This is the worst customer experience of my life! I never wanted delivery to begin with cause it’s ridiculously expensive and takes forever, you can always get an Uber XL for half the price, but the product “wasn’t available in store” (essentially they’re trying to shove the delivery fees down your throat).

Terrible! I purchased in store more than 6 weeks ago and they still haven’t completed my order! Customer service never answers! I want my money back!
Ordering online is a joke! Put an order in June 12 it is now July 12, 31 days later, and I do not have my half of the vanity I ordered. I cannot get an answer from customer service and am about to report fraud to my visa card.
Rescheduled Delivery due to a "power outage". Now it is past the delivery time window on the rescheduled day and neither IKEA nor the delivery company XPO will answer our calls or provide any type of customer service at all. IKEA, are you just stealing people's money at this point? What do I need to do to find out when I will see value for the payment I have made?
great variety and price. walk around the showrooms, you're sure to find something you like. the prices are terrific and there's always something there that you didn't know you needed. whether it's a floral arrangement or a beautiful poster, something will catch your eye. have fun
A lot of empty shelves. No more name brand soft drinks available at the restaurant. The variety at the food market is far less now. Quality of merchandise continues to nosedive.
