I was approached by a door to door representative oF igsenergy on my way to work one morning. Being a polite civilian i asked him to come back another day, on his second return we agreed to meet on my day off. He returned on a Saturday morning but I'll be honest, I had my reservations because he was insisting on seeing and photographing my electric bill. I told him I didn't feel comfortable with that but I would still consider the solar service if he would give me more information. He insisted on "needing" my bill to continu... read more

Tell me how it makes sense that I’m paying for these panels on a house that I don’t even live in anymore??? Now, in all fairness, this is more on my dumb realtor for not including the transfer paperwork in the sale of the house, but still. IGS should still be able to work with me here on a resolution so I’m not paying for someone else’s electric for the next 20+ years. Highly disappointing to say the least.

This company is terrible they let other people sign a contract for other people's bills and then don't hold themselves accountable for when they get busted because I've been fried it out of $900 at least this year because of somebody else signing a contract for my bill this company is morally wrong but I guess in Ohio is legally right so they don't hold themselves accountable thank you

I was informed that they would expedite the removal of my Solar Panel by Momentum Solar in Florida, and they are taking their suit time, I paid half of the money for the removal and replacing my IGS solar panels so that I may repair my roof in Central Florida and they give the answer that they are scheduling it for from 2 to 5 weeks. can I break the lease agreement? because I am not getting the service that I need quickly.

These scammers will act like they work with the city, when pressed they say you need to update your IGS account, which we don't have. They're going door to door scamming people, plain and simple.

I was in an online class so I was in a hurry and fell for their scam, which I am kicking myself for now. I am paying more with their “better” rates. Their door to door representatives were pleasant, but what they told me about better rates was far from the truth. Even after looking at my bill, they told me their rate was better than what I had, which it wasn’t. I even mentioned that I believed we had a better rate through a township agreement and they told me there wasn’t one where I live. I’m changing back even with the ear... read more

I was totally blindsided by Monumental Solar who approached me first. After asking about cancellation policy. I was told that after 5 years I could cancel have solar panel. I wasn’t told about any buyout amt an then another payment amt. so recently I decided to sell my house I’m being told that I can never ever remove these solar panels and I can’t transfer them, they are literally stuck to the house for life. We have reviewed the account and see that the customer currently has a potential buyer for the home, and we are working with both parties to transfer the contract. As outlined in the contract that was signed in March of 2020, the customer can purchase the system after year 5 to cancel out the contract. Putting customers first is our priority and we will continue to work with this customer to ensure a successful transfer of the contract, upon the sale of her home.

If i could give less than 1 star i would, this company is full of ****, *****, ****** **** who do literally nothing but feed you a load of crap. Save your money and time and go through someone else. They raise your rate while its a fixed amount and will come after your money anyway they can.

Don't use them, they lie, lied to my face and took advantage. Then when I got the first bill they would not cancel without a $400 fee. My grandchildren live with me and I now have to spend grocery money on my very large energy bill. The amount goes up every month, paying over $150 more than before. Called and they did not care they were taking food out of the mouths of children. Greedy lies, should be so ashamed!!!
