Never signed up with this company and never had any contact with them so they have to be stealing account information and using it to change utility services. I will be contacting my provider to be switched back and canceling this bogus service with IGS. If they refuse or it costs me 1 dime i eill be filing a complaint with the *** and hiring an attorney and will report them to every consumer reporter that i can
Worst company to deal with. My bill was over $855 for the last three months, They were charging me .13 to .20 rates. Rude and unprofessional company to deal with.Stay with AEP as your prime supplier

I have been with IGS since 2017 .All of the sudden they are charging me Twice as much as other suppliers. Totally Unacceptable. IGS should be ashamed of itself. I am a retired Firefighter with a totally disabled spouse. This is no way to treat a faithful customer.
IGS Energy looks to sign people up to purchase electricity from them without the homeowners consent. I have never agreed to purchase electric from another supplier since the **** was passed, but somehow they showed up on my ****. Lived in the same home 23 years. Worst electric **** ever. Called Ohio ******* IGS wasnt even competitive. ***** wasnt as high as they were. And now they want to charge me ***** to fight for my consumers rights.Jess

Would be zero if they let me. This company completely takes advantage of people and charges twice as much as AEP as soon as your contract is up. They truck you into signing long contracts to take advantage of you, and then as soon as its up your screwed. They are criminals!
