I was their client for 20 years, and after that they raised the price to me to the sky. I left them and will never use their services again in my life. This company is complete trash. I don't recommend it to anyone.

This company is a nightmare. I cancelled services in October of 2021. They told me that it would take two months to process the cancelation. They proceeded to continue to charge me a monthly service charge even though I had a new provider and had canceled services. I had to report my credit card as stolen to get them to stop steeling my money! I am still disputing the illegal charges with my credit card company and it has been 10 months. I would NEVER do business with IGS ever again and will warn everyone I know to stay away... read more

A representative of IGS came knocking at my door waking me up from a nap so my brain was not fully on yet. The guy told me they were just checking what happened and why was I not with them, continuing he indicated they had been my supplier all along and it just recently switched. My carriers did recently switch on my gas company, but I was NOT with IGS I found out after. He also stated that IGS was in the top 3 energy suppliers while the one I had was one of the worst ones and were at the bottom ranks in energy suppliers. Af... read more

O.k, first I am upset with myself for signing that thing! I live upstairs, my more their and sister live downstairs, this salesman weaseled his way into our home, I don't know what he told my 75 year old mother to get in the house :(Love ng story short, I am struggling financially, he swore that my rates with my electric company were about to almost double, and if I signed their contract, it wouldn't happen. This just happened to me. I received 2 letters...one to me and one to my late husband...thanking us for CHOOSING IGS. I never chose anything. Later on July 15 **** a man came to the door...friendly type carrying a clipboard. He looked at my gas and electric bills, said something about gas going up and by joining IGS I could save money. I believe it was 2016 when they rudely showed up at my door. I was putting up my Christmas tree which you could see from the window. They pretended to be with Duke Energy, acting like I could save money on my gas and electric ****. They raised their rates, 3xs what Ohio ****** charges. (When we signed up with them in 2016 they said they would always be lower than OH ******, but that was a lie). We got an electric **** that is 3xs what we normally use, and they will not adjust it. They said they sent out notices, but we did not get one. I have informed delivery from the post office and went back and they did not send us a notice. They said they sometimes look like junk mail. My **** was 80 a month for gas and electricity. Signed with IGS and it went to 250 then the next two months it was at 350. I didnt use any more gas or electric. I talked to IGS and the guy on the phone laughed at me. He wanted to know if peco told me to leave IGS . IGS ripped me off. My friend sold me on this IGS ********. Ill stay with peco from here on out. IGS robbed me and lied to me and laughed at me over the phone. There is nothing funny about it when I am fighting to make ends meet. Big rip off!
