The hole company is a scam!! You cancle in writing and they don't execpt the letter. They don't answer ther phone and ther emial is a no reply mail box.

IGS Home warranty is a scam. They charge 35/40 a month. I had a sewer line break and they refuse to fix it because the garage behind my house is hook to it so if you share a sewer line with another building working or not it is not covered. How are you supposed to know this before you dig. So I have been paying since 2018 to cover something they can't cover. Also they changed their agreement in November of 2021 and never sent the new agreement. How am I supposed to know rules have changes. But they continued to take the mone... read more

They're advertisements and business practices using other branches of their business such as IGS home warranty is a scam shady, stay away , scam do not go forward with anything. No matter what they promise because all lie. My rep was *****************.

This representative backed into my driveway as hes obviously been told to leave quickly before and set himself up for a quick exit. He knocked on my side door that is never used and not lit. Meanwhile my front porch is well lit and has a working doorbell. Also a HIGHLY visible No Soliciting sign. When I opened my door and said hello to this idiot knocking on an unlit side door, he was like a deer in the headlights. This company is a scam. They sign you up and give you a good rate initially. Ive been a loyal customer for 6 years, and all the sudden I actually check up on my account and find out theyve been charging me over 30% more than BGE. The customer service rep ***** even care when I called, just said ok so do you want to cancel? Unbelievable. Scam and terrible customer service.

Vision Solar and IGS works together, I called it a bate and switch game. I am over 80 yrs old and I was told this was a government program and I was qualified to receive Government Solar with no money out of my pocket, plus I qualified for a $500 certificate. My electric **** would never be more than $101.00 per month, the **** has gone up to $104.18. I was not told I had to also pay Duke energy extra money, which has doubled my energy ****. IGS Energy Supplier is built on nothing but false and misleading pretense. First of all, IGS Energy works by signing people up at ******* by offering them $10 dollars free to spend at *******, if you switch to their clean energy, and don't send you a signed contract on what you actually signed up for, as the ******* *** seller doesn't tell you that you are signing a contract, and I even asked the woman at ******* before I agreed to give them permission to switch energy suppliers from Duke to *** if I could cancel at any time... read more

This company is bad news. We had ***** in our neighborhood. An IGS rep stopped by and told us that everybody in the area was switching. We were reassured that our **** would not necessarily go down, but it would not go up. One **** later, we are seeing an increase more than DOUBLE. These people are liars. Stay away!

same problem as everyone else charging me the same as my utility and wanting me to pay early termination if i leave no explained this to me before me signing up you guys take advantage of people that dont know much about this things
