I had the best & most relaxing stay at this Hyatt. Our room at the tower has the best view overlooking the mission bay & enjoyed watching the fireworks from Seaworld at the comfort of our bed. The staff from are friendly from registration to housekeeping & most specially Joseph at the Regency Club made us feel special. Please thank Joseph for me. The pool with the water slides is a hit on kids. I can go on & on as to how much I like this Hyatt ❤️
I would give it 0 stars if I could. Ruined our honeymoon by overdrafting our bank account with a payment taken out in many different incriments without our permission. RUINED THE WEDDING by telling bridal party they couldn't check in early because they were full- even though they are telling us now we have to pay a fee because they weren't full. This is the most unclean Hyatt I have ever been to. Have asked already once to have the room dusted. Its still filthy. White socks are black walking around the room in socks. Many problems with key card access on Regency club floor, room, and elevators. Service is great but one shouldn't have to ask that things get done. Should be double checking their staff.
Hotel is very very old and dusty..but the hotel staff was very nice.

This hotel is a late 60's outdated, unhealthy, noisy, overpriced dump. The room I got on night one was a horror! Visible organic mold spores growing on the walls of the bathroom which the hotel is aware of but ignores. The 1971 dorm room fridge gave off a high pitch squeal all night. The room 2072 smelled like a dead body. Surfaces and carpets were filthy. The place is a noise fest. Had a wonderful time here! Staff and facilities were great. The kids loved the pool and slides.
