What your bill here. They held my deposit as expected but once I ordered room service they somehow came up with a "computer generated number " that charged me a much higher price that had nothing to do with my deposit fee and room service charge. The front desk had no reasonable answer for the charge, but claims it will all come out in the wash. Very fishy practices. The rooms have issues with water and lighting that doesn't work, and the food is overpriced and not any good.
Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. Outstanding views from our room and perfect sunset. Loved the pool!
This hotel is in an maxing location! The staff was so wonderful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is be accuse the rooms need to be updated. My fridge didn't really get cold - I asked for them to come look at it and I think they forgot.
Reservation wasn't in their system, only had to wait 5 min to get the problem fixed. They upgraded our room because of the delay and wished they hadn't. The room was right next to the exhaust fan for the kitchen and was very loud could not use the balcony. Went to swim to get a drink, spent $10.26 for one drink left to eat somewhere else. $35 a night to park a car when you don't have a shuttle service is a little pricey also. Won't be back.
I loved our room in the tower. The view was incredible and staff was very nice. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because of the way you are penny pinched. Room service is ridiculously expensive and add on the $3.50 delivery fee and 19% gratuity, you end up with 2 kids pancake orders for $25. Adults will run you double.
Because of the heavy winds, we lost power and water. Every employee was very intententional about making each guest, even my 6 year old feel safe. A couple suggestions though in the tower, clearly mark, at the elevators, where the stairs are located, and have an exit sign above each door. We could see the exit sign pointing to the exit but could not locate the door in the dark corner. We had to wait for another guest to come who had a flashlight on their phone.
