Staff is courteous and bar by the pool is great. My view is awesome as the sunsets over the harbor, definitely can't wait to come back.

Disgusting. We got the water front suites which were supposed to be "beautiful"... Stained furniture, flies inside the room everywhere...we asked to be moved immediately. They moved us to a room that was cleaner, but only after I called the supervisor up to the room. The windows were covered in dirt, outside furniture torn... We couldn't believe it. Not to mention they allow dogs (which we didn't know) and all of the carpets were completely stained- obviously pee/poop. So sad. Ps... I should mention we had our 3 mo old infan... read more
Beautiful location. Conference staff and convention F&B are great.
Great location and awesome pool but not worth the price in my opinion. We checked in and I was told they would be chargin $50 on my card. I checked my account the next day to find two separate pending transactions for $100 and $22. The walls are very thin and we could hear people using their bathrooms. Yikes! $36 parking charge for hotel guests?? We'll be staying elsewhere next time we're in town.
I really don't have much to say about the actual hotel besides the atmosphere is nice from the outside . The hotel is Dated and needs lot & lots of renovations. I will come back and give my Fool review once I've completed my vacation . One of the things I do love about the hotel is the employees and the restaurants.. For the price that they charge per night you would think this hotel was a five star and up. Just my opinion. But, this hotel is overpriced by 70%
My husband and I are here with our 13month old son. For 3 nights. Everything has been very pleasant. No complaints here. We got here Tuesday and was asked if we wanted to upgrade to a suite. We said yes and it's nice. We have big enough space for my son to play in. The pools were heated and perfect for my family. I would definitely stay here again. Everyone has been very nice and welcoming. Thank you.
Awesome! from the moment we walked in! Check in was great, the concierge helped us book a dinner cruise And a boating excursion before we even went to our room! Awesome corner on the 15th floor overlooking the bay and ocean! Clean room, clean bathroom, had room service and enjoyed a wonderful happy hour in the Red Marlin.. We feel like we're in Hawaii.. Anniversary weekend too and they had champagne & strawberries delivered which we enjoyed while watching the sunset from our corner balcony! We'll be back!!!
