Very good environment for kids but room cleanness is an issue, dusty and dirty carpets. Also front desk needs to be more friendly with smile not tired with attitude.
First visit here, but it's great. Nice views, amazing staff, great location. Definitely coming back. Staff is key!
Rooms are a bit dated. Small tv. But with such a great location so close to activities why stay in the room? Took our boys, 1 and 4, to a playground across the bridge one day. It was a nice walk, about 20 minutes. Just outside the pool area is the marina where you can rent paddle boats, stand up paddles, and other watercraft to enjoy Mission Bay. I really liked it here. It was beautiful. The pool area was great. I was here for a womens retreat for Compass Bible church. Just wished that room service was open later. That was the only thing that I didn't like. But it might of been better for me for you not to have it open. Haha. Thanks again for all the staff that serviced us for our retreat.
I just spent the last five days there for a conference for my work. The staff was amazing. My room had a great view. Great experience.
Amazing place great views excellent staff will be coming back
I came Hyatt Regency Mission Bay for a 4 day conference not knowing what to expect because I am a double amputee (below knee). I was pleasantly surprised with the first class service I received and the room they provided. I was promised a room with will accommodate my disability and they came through! The room is comfortable and spacious. The staff are great. The sights around the hotel are amazing and the seals are cool.
The pool area was my favorite part! The rooms were decent, but could use some improvements. (Especially for the price)
