The life guard was horrible she is suppose to send kids down the slide after the previous kid moves well she didn't do that!! A little girl came super fast after my little guy and kicked him in the back of the head and his back!! He was all red and had to take time out of the pool because he wasn't feeling good I was so mad all she did was give him an ice pack even after he was telling me and her he was dizzy!!!!!!
Clean , sweet staff and love the scenery! And it's also very affordable
Always a great time! Very nice rooms and the views from our rooms have always been perfect. Very peaceful place and of course the pool and slides are the kids favorite!
Bought a day pass for the pool for Saturday,not crowded maybe 30 people at the most the whole time we were there!.Parking was free and easy! Staff was friendly and helpful! Had 3 kids who loved the pool and waterslides for 5 hours!definitely come back again.thanks Hyatt!
Fairly overpriced and none of the bars open but one restaurant
