My husband had a conference so we tagged along. Beautiful 9th story view room with amazing views. 3 pools with water slides & pool service. Next to boat harbor with walking trails. Close to beaches, water, parks. The pool area gets crowded but good music, food & drinks. Shout out to Kelsey for making us feel extra welcome. We will be back!!!
I will never stay at any Hyatt again after all if the hidden cost at this hotel!
Gave away one of our rooms and were booked and couldn't figure it out. Horrible customer service. Had to call multiple times to get a cot, since they gave away our proper room. Didn't have blankets. Forgot multiple things. Ordered room service. Forgot 2/4 items. Ordered a bottle of Chardonnay...$81.00. Ummmm...!?!!?! We are in LA now, same wine, $20.00. Great family atmosphere! Good customer service. Cabana was not very clean, curtains did not close. Other than that food was great and kids had a blast!
